This shipping information page applies only to our educational
products.
Basic rates are $8.00 for
products shipped to anywhere in the USA, and $30.00 outside the country.
There is a $2.00 handling charge on some items, and no handling charge
on sheet music.
Standard shipping method is FedEx Ground

1. OUR SHPPING and HANDLING COSTS AND METHODS
The cost of shipping our book products has been growing by leaps and
bounds since 9/11. We are a small company in the grand scheme of the
Amazon.com's of the world, and service the needs of the music education
community to the best of our abilities. Each order has to be
taken to a mailbox service,
packed, weighed, assigned a tracking number, paid for and sent. The
handling charge is less than what it costs us to send a person to
the shipping company office with your purchased items and pay
them to register your package and make sure it
is assigned a tracking number and shipped correctly as fast as possible
to you.
We don't make a profit from the shipping or handling charges to you,
but we have to pass along the cost in order to stay in business. We
care enough about the package actually getting to you correctly that we
won't use companies that don't provide you a tracking number.
2. ORDER FULFILLMENT, SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES
OUR BASIC RATES are: $8.00 USD for all products shipped domestically,
and $30.00 USD for products shipped internationally.After you place
your order, allow 3-5 working days for us to process
your order and take it the mailbox service company so that they can
pack, weigh, process, assign your order a tracking number, and ship it.
We use FED EX as our shipping company for domestic orders.
3. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
We often don't know what the shipping charges are going to be until we
take the package in. There is a large amount of variance depending on
the country, political situation, and weight of the package. In those
cases we will email you with the estimated cost of sending your package
and give you a payment link to pay for the extra charges before we can
ship your order.
4. MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
Our website shopping cart cannot calculate the FED EX shipping rates
when
you order several products at a time. Each item you purchase online
will have a shipping charge added by the web shopping cart, and your
total will be higher than the actual cost. After we take your order in
and find out what the actual cost of shipping your items is, we will
refund you the difference between what you were billed online and what
your actual shipping cost is plus handling charges. Our credit card
processing company allows
us the refund a specific amount option and your credit card will be
credited with the refunded amount. You will receive email confirmation
of this and all details from 2checkout.com
5. OUR BOOK COST.
We pay more than 300 per cent more to manufacture our book products
than a large company such as Hal Leonard Publishing, yet sell them at a
competitive price to large publishers as
a service to the educational community. The quality and
importance of the information in our products is too valuable for us to
not spend the extra money to make the books available to interested and
intelligent students who cannot get this quality level of information
anywhere but from us.
